About the Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program is designed to engage emerging leaders from the Black SGL/LGBTQIA+ community who are passionate about advocacy, community engagement, and leadership development.
Ambassadors serve as representatives of Black Pride St. Louis by supporting outreach, assisting with programs and events, and sharing the mission of the organization throughout the community.
This program also serves as a leadership pipeline, preparing participants for deeper involvement within the organization, including potential future service on the Board of Directors.
Ambassador Responsibilities
Ambassadors are expected to:
• Represent Black Pride St. Louis at community events and engagement opportunities
• Support outreach and promotion of Black Pride St. Louis initiatives
• Participate in meetings and leadership development sessions
• Assist with programs and events throughout the year
• Promote the mission and values of Black Pride St. Louis
